Podcast: If Christmas eve were briefed by NASA’s Mission Control

I had this audio file for a couple of years now and like to post it around this time of year- it is a funny clip of how Santa’s mission would sound if NASA were to describe it. Not many people have heard it; I’m trying to keep it alive so it isn’t lost forever, especially now that the shuttle program has ended. It seems that space was more interesting when we had what could be considered a pickup truck to haul people and cargo off this planet into low earth orbit. The fire, smoke and sounds of a shuttle liftoff was a memorable experience and for many a once in a lifetime event. Click the link and enjoy the podcast: 3…2…1…
