Mar. 15, 2007- Reduced to tour guide

Yeah.. sometimes you gotta stop working and do the Disney thing. Its a rough job (add sarcasm here), but you gotta be good at explaining things without getting into too much detail– the info can be overwhelming to people who aren’t familiar with how things work in the vehicle. Watch your step, please.

3/4 of the payload bay closeouts are complete (as you can see behind me) and we are doing payload wiring interface testing– wringing out the connectors that will be mated to the SpaceHab and other payload items to verify that everything works well. Found some problems that are being worked on. Last night, I mated the pyros that will open the docking system latches in case there is a failure of the latch system while its mated to the ISS. Still have all ten fingers.
